Aluminum doors and windows are made of aluminum-magnesium-silicon-based aluminum alloy profiles, whose chemical composition includes silicon, iron, copper, magnesium, manganese, chromium, titanium, zinc, and other alloy components in addition to aluminum. Which contains 0.45-0.90% magnesium and 0.2-0.6% silicon. The mechanical properties of aluminum profiles for doors and windows: tensile strength бb not less than 157N/mm2; specified non-proportional elongation stress бp0.2 not less than 108N/mm2; elongation not less than 8%; hardness HV not less than 58.
The production process of aluminum window & door frame extrusions involves four processes: ingot preparation, extrusion molding, heat treatment, and surface treatment.
