PRODUCT Description

　The surface treatment of PVDF aluminum profile has been anodized for many years. In order to achieve a strong oxide film and a shiny color, domestic and foreign countries have carefully selected which aluminum extrusion winning number to use for aluminum doors, aluminum windows and doors, and later chose 6063 aluminum profile (LD31 in China). The alloy features: good extrusion performance, easy extrusion, medium strength, and the key is to have good oxidation performance, giving aluminum doors and windows a good decorative surface. Because the oxidation production process is to put the aluminum in the oxidation bath for cleaning, oxidation, coloring and sealing. The bath liquid is made up of a variety of chemical elements. Each time a batch of aluminum is oxidized, the chemical composition in the bath changes. Therefore, the bath liquid has a variable value. The aluminum material colored by oxidation always has a color difference. It is not obvious when placed with the naked eye. If a large area is put together, the color difference will be very obvious. Therefore, the aluminum curtain wall must not be treated with oxygen polarization. Otherwise, the aluminum curtain wall profile will be very ugly.

PVDF aluminium profile process is:

　　Pre-treatment process: degreasing and decontamination of aluminum material → washing → alkaline washing (degreasing) → washing → pickling → washing → chromizing → washing → pure water washing

　　Spraying process: spray primer → top coat → finish varnish → baking (180-250℃) → quality inspection

Nowadays, colored PVDF aluminIum profiles appear on the market. They are used for aluminum doors and windows and are sprayed with ordinary PVDF aluminIum profile powder. Increase the color variety of aluminum doors and windows, and also enhance the corrosion resistance.

The performance of PVDF aluminium profile is determined by its performance. The spraying equipment must ensure an excellent atomization effect and the uniformity of the sprayed layer. The distribution of metal particles in the fluorocarbon paint directly affects the appearance of the coating. The fluorocarbon spray coating with improper spray equipment will cause uneven color, shadow on the surface or weak coating. It greatly affects the decorative effect of fluorocarbon. The fluorocarbon spraying process mostly uses multi-layer spraying to give full play to the durability and weather resistance of Kynar500 metallic paint.
